Please review the following shipping and handling information carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
For in-stock merchandise, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during new releases, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Business days generally exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Certain CULT CORRUPT products may be offered as pre-orders, limited releases, or made-to-order merchandise.
For pre-ordered or made-to-order products, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and screen printing before your order is ready to ship unless a different estimated production period is stated on the product page.
Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, material availability, printing or manufacturing delays, carrier disruptions, and unusually high demand.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order merchandise, the entire order may be held until all products are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.
Limited Drops & Product Availability
CULT CORRUPT merchandise may be produced in limited quantities.
Items can and will sell out.
Because certain releases may experience high demand, orders are fulfilled in the order they are successfully received and processed.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory. An item is not secured until your order has been successfully submitted and accepted.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refund unavailable merchandise when necessary.
Order Changes
CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING IT.
Please verify your:

- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Email address
Once an order has been submitted and confirmed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the size, color, quantity, products, or shipping information can be made.
If you discover an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if the order has not entered fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation containing your order details and order number.
Please retain your order number for your records and include it when contacting CULT CORRUPT regarding your purchase.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, check your spam or junk folder and verify that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
Domestic Shipping
CULT CORRUPT primarily uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipments within the United States.
Depending on the order, destination, product, or operational requirements, we may use another shipping carrier or fulfillment service when appropriate.
Available shipping methods and applicable charges will generally be displayed during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery Times
After receiving your shipping confirmation and tracking number, please allow approximately 3–10 business days for most domestic deliveries.
In some circumstances, delivery may take longer. Please allow up to 1–2 weeks after shipment before contacting us regarding a delayed domestic package unless the carrier's tracking information indicates a specific delivery problem.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside CULT CORRUPT's reasonable control.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number when tracking is available.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping notification. Tracking information may not become active immediately after a shipping label is created.
A shipping notification or label creation does not necessarily mean the package has already been physically accepted or scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
CULT CORRUPT is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances outside CULT CORRUPT's control may affect delivery.
If tracking indicates that your package is delayed, please allow the carrier reasonable time to complete delivery.
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and usual delivery locations;
- Asking household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package;
- Allowing a short period for carrier tracking and actual delivery to synchronize; and
- Contacting USPS or the applicable carrier using your tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact CULT CORRUPT and we will provide reasonable assistance with available shipment information or carrier inquiries.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the problem;
- Photographs of the damaged merchandise;
- Photographs of the shipping package; and
- Photographs of the shipping label, when available.
Please retain the merchandise and original packaging until your request has been reviewed, as the carrier or CULT CORRUPT may require additional information.
International Shipping
CULT CORRUPT may offer international shipping to select countries and territories.
International shipping availability, carriers, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary by destination and will be presented during checkout when available.
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs inspections;
- Import duties;
- Taxes;
- Tariffs;
- Brokerage charges; and
- Other governmental fees.
Unless CULT CORRUPT expressly states that these charges are included at checkout, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees imposed by the destination country.
Customs processing may delay international shipments. CULT CORRUPT does not control customs agencies and cannot guarantee international clearance or delivery times.
Certain products may also be unavailable for shipment to particular countries or territories because of carrier, legal, regulatory, or logistical restrictions.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to destinations where shipping is unavailable, prohibited, commercially impractical, or restricted by applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, or other circumstances.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of a shipping restriction, we will cancel the affected order or merchandise and issue an applicable refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing as quickly as possible.
As a result, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted.
CULT CORRUPT also reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product unavailability;
- Inventory errors;
- Pricing errors;
- Payment authorization problems;
- Suspected fraud;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Violation of purchase limits; or
- Other circumstances preventing fulfillment.
If CULT CORRUPT cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
